WiFi.PRO includes an integrated CRM module that allows for the intelligent design and management of email campaigns. Personalized mailings can be scheduled based on each user’s behavior—for example: when they connect to the WiFi, after a specific amount of time during their visit, or upon leaving the establishment.
In this way, communications are segmented and tailored to each customer, increasing the relevance and effectiveness of the messages. Additionally, reach, open rates, and other key indicators can be measured in real time to optimize every campaign and maximize your results.
